By accessing or using AmzCompanion, including our browser extension and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AmzCompanion provides a browser extension and related browser-based tools and APIs that assist Amazon sellers with product and inventory insights.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts & Licensing
You must provide accurate account information.
Licenses are seat-based and limited to the number of users/devices permitted by your plan.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Sharing or reselling access outside your licensed seats is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
Billing is handled by our Merchant of Record (e.g. Paddle or LemonSqueezy).
Taxes are calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record where applicable.
Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are subject to the payment provider’s policies.
5. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
You may be required to provide payment details
The subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before trial expiry
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Circumvent license or seat limits
Abuse, scrape, or overload the Service or backend APIs
Use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes
Misrepresent affiliation with Amazon or other companies
You may not bypass license enforcement, seat limits, or other technical restrictions of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, branding, and content) remain the property of AmzCompanion.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:
The Service will be error-free
Data will always be accurate or complete
The Service will meet your specific business needs
You use the Service at your own risk.
AmzCompanion is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or its affiliates.
Platform Compliance
Use of the Service must comply with the policies and terms of the browser platforms through which the extension is distributed. We may restrict or suspend access where required to comply with platform rules or legal obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AmzCompanion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
Abuse or fraud is detected
Required by law or platform policies
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing provider.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
